5 day fast completed on Wednesday August 21, 2019. I did not do a weigh in for those but 3 days on OMAD I’m back close to my weight. This may be my set point weight, more experimentation to find out.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Always takes time to reset...for me --- this happened several times. Just stay the course...I am glad , I just logged it and then carried on. At those time periods, I listed my NSVs everyday. My best regards. Carry on.

oh yeah...and the weight loss continued...but at a different pace. !!!! Just don't get discouraged.

Fasting is not the answer. It does more harm then anything else. Your body needs protein and energy to maintain your strength.

I lost 50 pounds a year ago fasting it works great

You're only 178 pounds, not sure why a starvation protocol is needed. Unless you only care about some scale number and not in keeping your lean mass.
