I did about 400calories worth of workout yesterday and I got hungry and didn’t record or hold back on food. Boom weight goes up. And my appetite is also up. Stayed up late keeping my high school kids company with their homework and my backlog of admin stuff. Munching late. Hmm ... need to get back to order today.
