今天體重掉了0.5
距離想要的體重還有6公斤
今天的早午餐又是炒青菜和泡菜豬肉飯
然後因為40小時斷食完的補償心態😑
吃完後又吃了一個高麗菜車輪餅和奶茶❌
真是無限翻白眼自己😂

不知道大家看過人生一串嗎?
這是我斷食的時候唯一樂趣😂
