What a wonderful day, went to lunch with a friend had a salad at a new coffe pub in town it was wonderful knowing I can go out and eat and still stay within my rdi. Will be going out to eat tomorrow as well as its my daughters 16th birthday, I know I can do this and still stay on track. Down another pound today and im having more protein rich foods in the morning. Keeps me going throughout the day.
