Hooray for the scale moving down again!
Trying to combat cravings with LC solutions. I didn't grow up with much of a sense of the savoury - my Mum cooks fairly blandly, and she was taught to cook by folks with major sweet-tooths. As a result, I tend to want more sweet foods than anything. LC is helping me curb those sweet cravings and explore the savoury. Even so, I do love the occasional treat.
So I used a LC cheesecake recipe that should have made 12 servings and put them into the cupcake tin. Made more than 12 servings in the tin, so that means each tiny cheesecake is probably a little less carby than the actual serving size. Even so, it's still not something to eat to excess!
Starting to feel clothing get a little looser. I will be VERY happy when my xxl shirts from Teefury and Shirtpunch are somewhat looser on me. Already starting to feel a little more room in the legs of my jeans. Hooray!
Tonight is a friend's birthday party. We have been invited for supper. Pulled pork is on the menu. I think I will bring some veggies with dip so that I stay away from the chips and other likely-to-be-carby snacks. I'm also not much of a drinker, so that should work in my benefit as well. Will have to bring some diet pop as they love their sugary drinks :)
