The first two weeks of the challenge have been hard. I have been in and out of town for meetings and vacation. Spent last week with husband getting hay up before school starts. A friend sent me an article about making excuses and boy did it hit home. I'm heading to the elliptical now!! Thanks for the kick in the rear-end Jana!!!
98.2 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
