Hey guys I forgot to mention in my first few posts that I’m also pregnant: 14 weeks and 3 days, at the start of my pregnancy my weight was around 225 lbs, the doctors told me because my weight is pretty high that I should try not to gain more than 15 pounds for the whole rest of the pregnancy. I cannot guarantee this won’t happen. They said it’s fine if I lose weight or maintain weight during the pregnancy, my doctor has been happy though with how gradual the little bit of weight gain has gone up. I have 6 months approx left of this pregnancy, I always worry about gestational diabetes and things like that, so I’ve actually cut out pop in the last week! I feel a lot better, of course I still have a bit of brown sugar or honey in my tea but that’s it :)
106.5 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
