Today I’m almost half way to my goal weight, this is a huge stepping stone for me and I couldn’t have done it with this app and all of you inspiring me. Its been a long time since felt this good. Thank you to each and everyone posting their progress, recipes, setbacks, and successes!!!
120.6 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
