day 3 of p90x. well workedbout last night, so i was to sore n zombie like this mornimg to workout. so no dessert tonite. gotta try and work out early enough tonight that i dont feel to tired in the morning tomorrow.
my work out was not the best. didnt feel like i brought it. i just meed to stick with it. im upset with myself though, bc i was in condition before i stopped in the fall. i may not have been lean and skinny but i could do the full workout well.
heres to making the small changes though!
