yesterday was day one of my new work out schedule. i'm back to p90x again. tryn to remake the success of 2 full rounds of the 90 day routine without missing a day. i know that i got burnt out cause it took up most of my evening but its my goal to do it in the morning and make it a habbit. day one was an evening workout, and this morning didnt work. but least i got up close to when i need to, just coyldnt get moving. for that i dont get my reward of a small portioned healthy dessert tonite. trying to make concequenses for myself.
