Terribly sick (6 times) Thursday night after Big 10. Greasy, cheesy. But not high volume. Sick (4 times) Sunday night after Little Caesar's. Greesy, cheesy. 2-3 pieces of pizza. Around 4 pieces of cheese bread. Too much grease. Just because I'm having a decent calorie day doesn't mean I need to overeat fastfood at supper. It was decent, but not wonderful food. That's not a formula to eat a lot. Now, Khan's Friday night was great, shown at about 2000 calories for supper.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
