Weekends are tough. Just started training to run a half marathon in April, so hopefully the exercise will help keep my weight in check. I also need to remember to drink more water.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
