I had fun yesterday. I played basketball for about 1 hour. I am sure feeling it today, but it was WONDERFUL to have the energy to be my old self. After about 15 minutes, the young men (about 20-21 yrs old) were not even treating me like I was an 'older woman' - I actaully felt young again. It motivated me to lose more weight and keep up with the exercise
84.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
