옥수수 작은 것 10개 이상. 포도 40알
미숫가루. 피자빵. 쵸코빵. 까르보나라. 치킨샐러드. 쵸코우유1.. 바나나3개. 율무차 1잔
커피우유1. 복숭아 1개
47 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
