So ive been tracking my protein as well as my calories, dont think I have been getting enough, getting tired so got some "ensure for my morning breakfast to give mme the energy to get through the day.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
