Stayed staedy last few days. Which is ok. I have a cold and havent been working out as much because of it. Hope to kick the bug and get back on track in the next few days. My sons birthday is Friday....he'll be 7....ugh....it seems like only yesterday he was born. sigh

Read your bio and can relate to you saying that you have struggled with weight gain since birth - I have had the same problem and at the moment am trying to face it once again. You seem to be doing well. Keep up the good work
