I havn't done very well this week, I went to a festival at the weekend where I wasn't too bad (apart from the doughnut) but since I came back I havenot been planning and recording my food, so I know I havn't eaten enough calouries. I also have done no exercise so am behind on the couch to 5k. I will have to start week 4 this week.
so overall I have done badly, but at least I have now reached (and is actually below) my first goal of 11.5 stone (161lb) - must do better this week.
