I'm going to weigh myself again tomorrow. I've workded so hard in the yard today; trimming my roses, bushes several other plants along with raking up all the leaves in the yard. I'm praying I will have lost the other .4 of a lb. I really wanted to this week. A lb a week is my weekly goal and it's been so much fun watching my weight go down.
