WOW - 1/2 WAY MARK CELEBRATION...Everyone invited. I intended to have a half way mark celebration. I missed it by 2lb - so I guess I'll have a 'into the last 1/2 of my weight loss goal' celebration.




I worked out at the pool for 30 minutes yesterday. I normally walk in the resistance of the water, working my hands against the water to start building strength.

I also need to walk about 20-25 minutes to get to the pool and back. Walking to work is about 15 minutes.

I haven't been doing well with my workout - but I am going to get started again.

I only lost 2 pounds this week, but any week where I drop weight is a good week.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
