Thanks you guys! And I LOVE cheese curds, Terrapin—especially from Culver’s! It’s the weight lifting that’s making all the difference. I’m going every other day and increasing most machines by 5 lbs. and/or 10 reps each week. I actually went shopping yesterday and bought some new clothes—size 10 for the shorts/capris, and a Medium for the shirt! It’s been over 20 years since I’ve worn these sizes, and back then I was lifting, too. I can’t thank you all enough for showing me that lifting is what makes you strong and fit. 💪🏻🥰
