I'm really not happy about my weight going up and down like a Yo-yo

If your diet calendar is a reflection of all you are eating, you have a problem. You fluctuate on what you eat to starvation levels (unhealthy), and the nutrition levels is questionable too. Please re-look at what you are eating from both a nutrition and sustainability perspective.
