I am managing my food intake very well now. I eat and sleep normally. I have been able to stop eating sugary snacks completely, which is a huge step forward. After a while, my sugar cravings went away. Between exercise and the building maintenance do on a regular basis, I get enough physical activity. I expect my weight will continue to fall slowly, which is probably a healthy thing. I'm quite happy about all this.

Wow, do tell how you did it! I can't imagine cutting out sugary snacks. I want to know your secret! 😆

Cutting out sugary snacks is difficult. I empathize if you have this issue. For me, chocolate bars, double-scoop ice cream cones, ketchup chips, Doritos, sour candy, Diet Pepsi and fast-foods were go-to foods when I felt anxious or had "moments". And those foods just made me more nervous and depressed that I had no control over what I ate. I should not say what I did to end the cravings because I need more time to test and figure out if what I'm doing is healthy. But essentially, I cut out cards and added more animal protein and fats. But indeed, the cravings are gone.
