If you are talking about exercise the way i do it, is one day moderate exercice the second day light exercice. This way my body takes a break and i say to myslef its not the same everyday! Hope this helps

Thanks! You’re right. I am a waitress and an avid walker because I don’t own a car, but my body is already accustomed to those forms of activity so I probably do have to suck it up and partake in more moderate kinds of exercise!

Me too- and we are leaving for a three week vacation tomorrow so I know I’ll probably gain 2-3 lbs. I’m hoping I have renewed focus and motivation when I get back! You can do this!

@astridmm I am 5’4 and have lost the weight gradually over a span of 2 years so far (: no need to worry about me! What’s more worrisome is how I went from 125 to 155 in one year to begin with!

Okay that’s good! Sorry to worry but my best friend suffers from an ed so I’m a little on edge about people losing so much weight.. but congrats! That’s super hard to do and it takes a lot of hard work and determination!
