都是自己做的,我已经好多年不吃糖,油只吃牛油果油,橄榄油,亚麻籽油,牛肉羊肉猪肉也不吃。水果吃很多所以也许因为这个

我从小就不喜欢吃肉的,然后看了一部美国电影(什么是身体-what the health 优酷里可以看),就被吓死了,牛奶也不喝了,太恐怖了。
