I am posting this to show how much 35 lbs loss looks like. it is kinda embarrassing for me but it will make me stronger. Starting to get some sag. gotta start toning.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
