One week into my journey and I’m down over twelve pounds, treating myself to a Subway 6in sub from their low cal menu. Skipped breakfast and had a light lunch today. Question is, should I get a foot long and have half tonight and half tomorrow for my lunch?
130.5 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
