일주일만에 수영2시간ᆢ 빠져 죽는줄 알았네
BMI지수가 비만에서 과체중으로 갔지만, 정상체중으로 빨리 빠졌으면~ 조바심이 난다
51.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
