So far, so good!
Woke up with a slight headache this morning, but an Advil and a little extra rest knocked it out. Was happy to see such a large jump on the scale. Just goes to show that I've got quite a bit of water weight to shed. As long as it leads to fairly steady loss afterwards, I'll be happy.

132.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 67.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
