Disappointed obviously but know I have to get back on track.
100.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

same here..I gained two. gotta get back on track as well. I'm thinking it goes with the territory but geez....two whole pounds. 🤦

Just seeing this! Sorry for the delay. Yes funny how two pounds can feel amazing or defeating. When really 2 lbs could be water?!
