Get up and jive -- it's day #5! Okay, that was hokey...So, London in 2 days, and after that Tralee and the Wedding -- gotta look good, so I am onwards and upwards!
75.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
