tps2005's Journal, 29 Jul 08

Dr Chris said for me to weigh everyday so I can keep track better. I think that would be discouraging but I guess I haven't had much luck with weigh ins every week or two so I will give it a try. Gotta keep my chin up.

It can't hurt to try it - right! :) I quite enjoy weighing daily... sometimes it's a bit depressing when you have a 'heavy' day after a 'light' day... but it's sort of fascinating to pick up on the subtle changes of your body and how much things influence your weight every day (not just food & exercise..)

I do agree with the comment made, i used to hate scales and avoided them but then i never noticed weight creeping on! Now from reading other journals i've learnt to accept weight fluctuates alot!! due to many things not just weight, so I weigh everyday just to check out the differences but I like to only record a weight when I have a loss, I find it more motivating for me. My weight loss is only slow but to see the line go gradually down is so nice. I've found extra exercise a great help in toning/shaping my shape too, You'll be fine, and think that by Christmas you'll see a lovely loss. All the best :)Denise

I like to weigh every day. I agreee with all the above. It's just so interesting to see all the things that affect your daily weight. I "peek" every day, but record it weekly.
