Great night with the kids. We are seeing them again Sat and again on the 5th. Life is good!
My OMAD was a delicious Tuna Chopped Salad from Subway and a 6-inch turkey sandwich, plus chips and coffee. Holy cow, I love doing OMAD. :-)
Tonight, I am going out with a friend/coworker for a walk, movie and possibly dinner. If we skip eating together, I might do my first 48 hour fast. So far, I have only done 30 hours (I have lunch and then don't eat until dinner the next day). I am not strict with my OMAD times. I eat when I eat, just once a day.
Thankful: OMAD for reminding me how I ate in my early 20's. I feel so comfortable in my own skin again, even though I am not at the weight I want yet (YET), I feel like a hottie McPherson. :-)
Goal for day: Get in my 30 mins walk with my coworker and make a smart or no choice for dinner.
Positive Thoughts: Liv (DD) noticed my weight loss. It's happening!
