i feel really good today! i'm aiming on going to the gym twice a day. I went this morning at 6:30 and power walked for about 1/2 an hour just to get my body started up! i'm going again at night around 7:30. So far i'm really motivated. I even put a picture of myself at 155 pounds in a bikini at jamaica on my fridge. and wrote down *abercrombie and fitch jeans *short skirts * tight tops on a post it and put it next to my jamaica picture. so far it's working and every time i go to open the fridge I look the other way because I know what my goal is and it's not in the refrigerator!!!!!
96.3 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
