So a very exciting day for me, close to the 160 range makes me feel so good. My goal on the Wii fit is to be at 75.3 kg currently at 77.1 getting close to saying goodbye to the over weight range and can actually be in the average range, never thought I would ever want to call myself average until now, it's the best accomplishment I've made to better myself in a very long time. Had an afternoon shift packed my lunch bag full of healthy snacks, carrots celery grapes, melba toast slice of cheese, salad, apple and an orange.
