jgn panik dulu mb.. sy pernah baca, bb bisa naik dlm wktu semalam itu blm tntu lemak yg naik kmgkinan besar dikarenakan berat air yg brtmbh,,mlm nya mb mugkin trlalu bnyk makan karbo sdgkan karbo itu sifatny menahan air jd bb bisa naik krna extra air bkn lemak..
