No weight gained since last weigh in. I did see 170 the other day. One lb isn't bad and I didn't gain anything during the holidays!!!Yipee!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
