어젠 간만에 하루종일 잤고 아무래도 수분이 많이 빠진거같다 현재 36시간 공복 진행중 ! (31시간 지남) 이따 방탄사골을 하나 때려야지
54.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
