seriously. Get stressed over life events as people do. Cope with it how I do best, wind right back.
Need to find better ways to cope rather than over food.

I thought I could but fell off the waggon. Put weight on its food how much i eat and what i eat.

I'm not doing so well either.
I don't know what I weigh at the moment. I don't own scales. have to go to the doctors and use theirs yet not supposed to, but I haven't stuck to food plan set out by dietitian. I'm an adult damn it. why can't I get a grip on this.

Diet means what you eat, not what you don't eat! Be happy,eat healthy,don't eat carbo laden food,don't over think it or stress.Sleeping well is important.Try two days a week under 800 cal,eat normal the rest of the time.Slow but steady weight loss,and you don't have to think about it every day.We have lost 6kg in 3 mths doing this.

@diannebalemi LMW is working on building up to a healthy weight. Sleep is still very important though, as is being happy and eating healthy.
