Yesterday was my first day of going home from work with a plan to exercise and I did it! Tonight is Bowflex-ing night. I am still is a quandary about what to do.
I want 3 days of cardio, definitely. But should I do 2 days bowflex, and 1 yoga or 3 days bowflex. Plus, arms, chest, legs? Which to start? Lol.
Those are my deep questions.
Yesterday's OMAD was a steak burrito, and 1 taco. We were going to have some strawberries and a little whipped cream, but I was STUFFED. So, we skipped it. Maybe tonight.
