Wonderful, marvelous day it is today, over my slump, water gain from my monthly friend has me down a pound today, hoping more is going to come off. What is even better I have reached my first personal mini goal with 5 days to spare, right on track wooooh oooh so happy with myself. We have fresh fallen snow so that means more driveway snow shovelling today, and a good workout. Got today off so plan on doing my housework you know laundry dishes etc and I want to do a Zuma workout today.
