今天整個失控了!
中午吃麥當勞進勁辣雞腿堡套餐
下午跟小學同學聚會吃法式甜點巧克力蛋糕跟玫瑰紅茶
晚餐跟老公一起吃鹹水雞配白粥
72 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
