어제빕스서안심스테키50그램,한접시반 먹고운동갔다. 한끼만먹어서빠졌나?아님 아보카도챙겨먹어지방이채워져빠졌나모르겠다.지방을잘먹어야하는데...견과류는지겹고ㅠ
