Ugh. My scale sucks. I need more people on my side. My best friends wants to lose weight but she is becoming comfortable with her size and I refuse to let that happen. So, I am trying my best. But my scale sucks I know I shouldnt weigh in so often but it is a good feeling. And I know that if you do not keep track of your food intake you will not lose weight. But exercise counts for something, right?
82.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have friends that have gotten way too comfortable with their weight and like you I refuse to let that happen. I weigh myself daily it helps me stay on target and you're right it feels good to see the scale numbers go down. I have a lot more weight to lose and I have a set goal date for my first goal which is when this challenge is over, and I want to be under the 200lbs mark by at least 5 lbs. AND exercise is a very important factor! Good luck on your journey!
