It’s really interesting being this in tune with my body. The only other time I seriously lost weight I relied on a lot of tools to get me there and never tuned in to what was actually happening with “me”. I feel so much more in control. Though I know I haven’t seriously added in resistance training yet because it will be an adjustment period where I won’t have as much control. I need to do it. I know that. Hopefully today’s realization of how much I get myself will help me move out of this new comfort zone into future growth both mentally and physically.
