Woohoooo!!! Almost down to goal weight after just a week of being extra careful, and I feel great.
I'm beginning to recapture the feeling I had through the summer, that lovely 'thin' feelng that I wrote about yesterday. I know perfectly well that nobody else is going to notice a difference between 59 and 57 kilos ut it makes all the difference in the world to me, from how my clothes look and feel to the way my bones feel in my body.
Now I'm highly motivated to keep up the momentum :) It's a beautiful morning, I'm early enough to relish the prospect of a 3.5km walk (mostly uphill) to school - so I'll finish breakfast and get going!
