New to this app. I’ve been using Fitness Pal but this has many more options. With that I lost about 6 pounds. I am 197 and my goal weight is 150. #icandothis
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
