Berbulan-bulan diet ga pernah dapet angka segini, ternyata cara dietnya yg salah. Finally ku seneng bgt liat di angka 60an. Semangat defkal sehat memang ga mengecewakan.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tipsnya sabar aja hhe, aku sih ga ada pantangan apapun yang penting defkal. Mulai diet dari 63kg baru serius defkal dari 7 hari kebelakang aja. Aku sehari di 1300kkal maksimal ka. kebetulan puasa jadi sekalian IF.
