I normally never step on the scale. Especially after two days. I was feeling rather daring. And I've lost 2lbs since Monday! Lord knows I needed the motivation. Yay!
84.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
