Been working out a lot. I've been on a four week plateau but i haven't missed a meeting and i've made a lot of changes and people are starting to come up to me and comment. Mostly my pants aren't keeping up with the scale. They get looser and tighter and the scale doesn't seem to change. Mostly these days they are looser. I tried running across the living room in my pajama bottoms to play with my cat like i do every morning -- and they fell off! Crazy!
