I am so happy with myself, I'm looking better feeling better, have more energy then I've had in years I've calculated that I've lost a total of 27 pounds since I started this, so for the heck of it the other day while at the grocery store I lifted up two 10 lb bag of potatoes, OMG was I ever shocked to actually feel the amount of excess weight I was carrying around, and I'm still not done, I'm so eager to get rid of the rest of my 53 lbs so a total weight loss of 80 lbs wow can you believe that 8 x 10 lb bag of potatoes. Oh I can't wait.
